It depends on the exercise/routine that you have. This is helpful for light movements but this might not be comfortable enough to be worn during an excessive workout.
How can I wear this?
1. Loosen and unvelcro all the adjustable straps.
2. Stand up straight and get in your best posture(standing against a wall helps).
3. With your best posture put the brace on and Velcro/tighten any straps so that the brace has a small amount of tension/tightness against your body.

Can it be used for water sports?
Unfortunately not. Remember to always clean and store properly after every use.
Is it okay to wear it for more than 12 hours?
The more you use it the better your posture will be. But wearing it for a long period of time might cause discomfort. If you can handle it/get used to it you can wear it as long as you need. Please ask your doctor or physical therapist for best results!
How long would it take before I will notice some changes in my posture?
Some customers notice the change as early as two weeks. The more you use it the better your posture will be.
Are you supposed to wear this on your bare-back? Can you wear a shirt underneath?
Either is fine. For proper sizing remember to take your waist measurement around your belly button. If you wear a belt on clothing, take your measurement wearing your typical clothes.
